Every trip expense, settled and accounted for.
Korenta Tel keeps Cash and Visa spending for each work trip in two clear ledgers, with receipts attached and an Excel export for reconciliation when you are back.
Example trip: two-island visit
Built by a technician who travels between islands
Travel expenses are easy to lose track of: some paid in cash, some on a company card, receipts in a pocket. Korenta Tel keeps it tidy while you travel, so reconciling afterwards takes minutes instead of an evening.
Cash and Visa, kept apart
Two ledgers per trip, each with its own running total, so what you paid in cash never mixes with what went on the card.
XCG supported
Record expenses in the Caribbean guilder, the way the receipts in your hand are written.
Receipt scanning
Scan or attach the receipt when you spend, so nothing has to be reconstructed from memory later.
Excel export
Export the trip to Excel for your finance team to check and reconcile.
Made for your phone
Open it in the browser on your phone and add expenses on the spot, in the taxi or at the counter.
A companion to Korenta Field
The same family and the same K icon. Field teams use Korenta Field for jobs, and Korenta Tel for the trips that get them to the job.
Four steps, from departure to reconciliation
Start a trip
Name the trip and set the currency, for example a visit to Sint Maarten, Saba and Sint Eustatius.
Add expenses
Enter each expense under Cash or Visa as it happens.
Scan the receipt
Attach the receipt to the expense so the paper trail travels with it.
Reconcile
Check the Cash and Visa totals, then export to Excel for finance.

What does "Tel" stand for?
Travel Expense Ledger. It is not a telephone or telecom app.
Who is it for?
Anyone who travels for work and has to account for what was spent: technicians, consultants, sales staff, and the finance teams who reconcile their trips.
Why separate Cash and Visa ledgers?
Cash and card spending are reconciled differently. Cash is checked against what you were given; card spending is checked against the statement. Keeping them apart makes each check simple.
Which currencies does it support?
XCG (Caribbean guilder) is supported. Tell us what else you need by email.
How much does it cost?
Korenta Tel is in early access and pricing will be announced before the general release. Early access users hear about it first.
Is it connected to Korenta Field?
They are separate apps from the same family. You do not need one to use the other.
